The Chiacchio Firm is honored to announce that Tom Chiacchio was apppointed to his fourth term as a Member of the Hearing Committee serving the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania THROUGH jUNE 30, 2026.
The Chiacchio Firm is honored to have an Order entered appointing Mr. Chiacchio as a Special Master in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, which includes the City of Philadelphia.
Our Newest Attorney: Professor ANN RINEAR DOUGHERTY, a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law and Villanova University, has become the newest member of our business litigation team.
Mr. Chiacchio is honored to HAVE RECENTLY COMPLETED HIS TWO YEAR TERM as The chancellor of the justinian society of philadelphia while also having previously served multiple years as chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Pursuit of Justice Legal Writing Competition which consists of law students submitting papers that are read and ranked by a panel of federal and state court judges, professors from the five local law schools and top Philadelphia attorneys.

The Firm is pleased to continue its MORE THAN TWENTY years of representing employers facing wage related claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act and state law counterparts and we are pleased to have recently successfully resolved two wage lawsuits in the eastern district of pennsylvania for zero dolllars on behalf an employer client of the firm while also obtaining rare confidential approval of the two settlements by the court.
